Wonderful Stay on Gran Via
great variety convenient location clean room
The breakfast offered a great variety of items daily. The location proved very convenient. It allowed easy access to many tourist spots and nearby metro stations. The room was clean and modern.

the location was excellent. it was close to shops, restaurants, and the metro. the pool area was nice. the room service was good with really kind staff.
the room faced the street, and there was some noise from traffic.

Excellent Stay, Minor Hiccup
prime location helpful staff
The hotel's location is PRIME. I walked to many attractions and found great restaurants close by. The staff was helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. The rooftop pool provided a NICE, refreshing escape after a long day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the coffee and cookie from the wonderful lady at the bar each morning.
The pillows were UNCOMFORTABLE and offered little support. My partner and I woke up with neck pain after the first night. The bathroom door was also a glass sliding door with a gap. Light leaked through at night and reduced privacy.

The breakfast offered MANY options, including a wide variety of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. The coffee served at the bar was consistently good. I also appreciated the complimentary cookie that came with it.

The room was super CLEAN and spacious. It included amenities such as a mini-fridge, a safe, and ample closet space for luggage storage. The air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the day and night.
